Because fabricated design provides design flexibility and allows small quantities we can supply very difficult or out of standard application. Heating Jacket and belows are optional and available for all. The main patterns are: WEDGE gate valve, with flexible wedge for liquids POLYMER WEDGE gate valve for melt with self draining body cavity DISC PARALLEL SEAT gate valve for hot applications with thermal chocks SLAB gate valve with DISMOUNTABLE sleeve for easy maintenance on severe services THROUGH CONDUIT SLAB gate valve for pigged lines and API 6D applications WAFER SLAB gate valve for low pressures, powder and pellets applications Note: Ball valves are sometime an interesting alternative for gate valves especially for small sizes and high pressures.
